1. Introduction: This document sets out the terms and conditions (the "Terms") that apply to the use of the Model Matching Service (the "Service") provided by Everlasting Eros. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service: The Service is intended to match models with OnlyFans agencies. In order to use the Service, models will provide us with information about themselves, including photos and videos. We will host this information on our servers and share it with third-party agencies, including through the messaging platform Telegram.

3. Data Protection: We collect and store the information provided by models for the purpose of matching them with OnlyFans agencies. However, we do not guarantee compliance with any data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Service and providing us with your information, you acknowledge and agree that we will handle your information as described in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from any claims or liability related to our collection, storage, and use of your information.

4. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights in the Service, and in the information provided by you, belong to us or our licensors. You agree not to copy, modify or otherwise use the Service or the information provided by you, except as necessary for the purpose of using the Service.

5. Warranty Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, or that it will be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge that the Service is provided "as is" and that we do not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of business or data, or any other damage, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise. You understand that some of the information you provide may be of a sensitive or personal nature, including information that is sexual in nature. By using the Service and providing such information, you acknowledge and agree that we may share this information with 3rd parties. You agree that we are not responsible for any unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction of such information by these parties, and you release us from any claims or liabilities arising from or related to such incidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release us from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the Service, including but not limited to any data leak or unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of the information provided by you.

7. Changes to these Terms: We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

   Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

8. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

9. Agency Conduct: You acknowledge and agree that we act solely as a facilitator in connecting models with agencies, and we do not have control over the conduct, actions, or omissions of these agencies. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees about the agencies, their services, or their conduct. You understand and agree that any disputes, damages, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses of any kind that may arise from your interactions or contractual relationships with these agencies, including but not limited to, any misconduct, negligence, or breach of contract by the agencies, are solely between you and the respective agency. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release us from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your interactions or contractual relationships with these agencies. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any services provided by these agencies.
